CBP DAILY FINANCIAL MARKETS UPDATE
The Nigerian Stock Exchange All Share Index (NSE ASI) and the Market Capitalization increased by 1.03%, while the Year-to-Date return stood at 37.54%. The All Share Index closed at 36,962.48 against the previous close of 36,584.44 while Market Capitalization closed at ₦12.740 trillion against previous close of ₦12.610 trillion. Volume traded decreased by 33.68% from 368.382 million to 244.315 million, while the total value of stock traded decreased by 41.45% from ₦6.273 billion to ₦3.673 billion in 3,829 deals.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 The Financial Services sector led the activity chart with 103.642 million shares exchanged for ₦1.337 billion. Agriculture came next with 101.421 million shares traded for ₦0.117 billion, Consumer Goods, Conglomerates, Services sectors followed in that order on the activity chart.　　　　　　 Livestock, Guaranty, UBA, Sterlnbank and Dangsugar were the most active stocks by volume.
