The Nigerian equities market recorded another up day, as the NGX All-Share Index (NGXASI) closed the day up by 0.05%, to bring the Year-to-Date returns up 29.19%. The All Share Index closed at 98,169.30 against the previous close of 98,121.30, volume traded decreased by -24.87% from 395.11M to 296.85M, while market turnover (the total value of shares traded) decreased by -31.19% from NGN9.46B to NGN6.51B in 7,260.00 deals.
Market breadth (0.75x) signified Twenty-seven (27) advancers, as against Thirty-six (36) decliners. Volume was up for 71 companies and down for 87

STANBIC IBTC ETF 30 (STANBICETF30) topped the advancers list closing at N560.00 with a gain of 9.80% followed by TRANSCORP HOTELS PLC (TRANSCOHOT) which closed at N96.50 with a gain of 9.75%.

On the flip side FGSUK2033S6 (FGSUK2033S6) and MERISTEM VALUE EXCHANGE TRADED FUND (MERVALUE) topped the decliners log with a loss of -10.00% at a close of N90.00, and -9.99% to close the day at N324.50 respectively.

Market Trend - ASI (NGX All-Share-Index) With 50 & 200 Day MAvgs Chart
