Profile:

Irene Folake Robinson-Ayanwale holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from University of Benin, Edo State, a Honorary Doctor of Law degree from Ecole Superieure Universitaire, Cotonou, Republic of Benin and a Master of Business Administration (Business Administration and Management) from European Business Institute of Luxembourg. 

She is the Company Secretary of The Tourist Company of Nigeria Plc and currently serves as General Counsel and Head of Compliance at Cascador Entrepreneurial & Leadership Initiative Ltd/Gte. Prior to this, she held the position of Group Head, Legal, Risk, and Sustainability at OmniRetail Technology Limited. Earlier in her career, she spent several years at The Nigerian Stock Exchange/Nigerian Exchange Limited, where she held various roles, including Divisional Head, Business Support Services; General Counsel; Head of Legal Services; and Legal Adviser.

Robert Adekunle Omotunde holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Adult Education, a Post Graduate Diploma in Economics and a Masters of Science degree in Financial Economics from University of Lagos, Lagos State.

Prior to his appointment, he served as Chief Investment Officer at Afrinvest Asset Management Limited. He has also held several positions, including Head, Investment Strategy and Funds at Sankore Global Investments Limited; Head, Investment Research and Strategy at AIICO Capital Limited; Head, Investment Research and Strategy at Afrinvest Securities Limited; and Team Lead, Fixed Income at Meristem Securities Limited.
