The above-named Trading License Holder has notified NGX Regulation Limited of the appointment of new directors and is seeking approval as follows:

Appointment:	

1.	Mr. Pabina Yinkere			? 	Non-Executive Director
2.	Mrs. Sarah Kwaala Ballah	 	?	Independent Non-Executive Director

Profile:

Pabina Yinkere holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, Edo State and a Master of Business Administration from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos State. 

He currently serves as the Managing Director of Norrenberger Asset Management Limited. Prior to this, he was the Chief Investment Officer at Access Pensions and previously served at Vetiva Capital Management Limited as Director, Institutional Business and Head, Investment Research.

Sarah Kwaala Ballah holds a Bachelor of Art degree in English Language, and a Master of Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Ibadan State.

Prior to her appointment, she held several positions at the Nigerian Ports Authority, including General Manager, Superannuation and Investments; Assistant General Manager, Corporate Communications; Principal Manager, SERVICOM; Principal Manager, Public Affairs; Senior Manager, Public Affairs; and Manager, Corporate Affairs. She also serves as a Director at Babs and Yusuf Proserves and a Non-Executive Director at Albit and Agro Consult.

Any objection to the appointment of the above persons in Norrenberger Securities Limited should be forwarded to NGX Regulation Limited within seven (7) days of this publication.
