MARKET BULLETIN 25 June 2025 NGXREG/IRD/MB46/25/06/25 Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc: Listing of 2,944,772,083 Ordinary Shares of 50 Kobo Each Trading Licence Holders are hereby notified that additional 2,944,772,083 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each of Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc (the Company) were today, Wednesday, 25 June 2025, listed on the Daily Official List of Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX). The additional shares arose from the Company?s Rights Issue of 2,944,772,083 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each at N50.50 per share on the basis of five (5) new shares for every existing twenty-two (22) ordinary shares held as at close of business on Tuesday, 29 October 2024. With the listing of the additional 2,944,772,083 ordinary shares, the total issued and fully paid-up shares of Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc has now increased from 12,956,997,163 to 15,901,769,246 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each.
